Solution and Board Game Overview
A leadership simulation boardgame to explore tools to develop and engage talent systematically. Each team plays the role of a Territory Manager who is responsible for managing a set of restaurants spanning a large geographical area. Each team plays on their individual board. The board displays the restaurants that the team needs to control. Each restaurant under the team’s control is run by a RM (Restaurant Manager).
