About Safe Haven
In this board game, participants explore psychological safety through a series of team challenges dealing with diversity, sharing of ideas, performance management, biases, meetings, remote work, and team decision making.
The focus of the process is to focus on how managers can create a team environment marked by empathy, safety, belonging, and trust while keeping a focus on performance.
