Players
Teams: Six teams representing Procurement, IT, Operations, Sales, Development, and Finance.
Scenario
The challenge is that the CEO announces that the Sales team’s office space is being repurposed, and the teams must collaborate to find a solution within 8 rounds.
Gameplay
Teams work together through 8 structured rounds, during which they:
- Propose solutions.
- Make inquiries and gather insights.
- Use “Put Pressure” cards to influence decisions.
Facilitator
The facilitator acts as the CEO:
- Provides updates on the situation.
- Guides the game flow and ensures engagement.
- Leads the debriefing session at the end to reflect on the learnings.
